Technical Services Division

The Technical Services Division (TSD) is responsible for the provision of information technology infrastructure and support functions of any IT related services that enable staff, clients and other stakeholders to effectively communicate and collaborate with each other.

TSD is responsible for the provision of:

  • efficient and reliable IT services to all divisions.
  • secure access to network data storage.
  • maintenance and support of official software and core applications.
  • installation, maintenance and support on all servers, workstations, hardware devices and applications.
  • ensuring integrity, security and accessibility of systems and Bank's information.
  • email and internet services.
  • anti-virus and spyware protection against malicious applications and tools.
  • TSD also offers a quick professional Helpdesk response for normal daily operations and urgent tasks aimed at providing a high-level and timely IT support.

    TSD has introduced improved software to manage the Bank's day to day operations and has computerized several processes resulting in faster communication and more in-depth analysis, easier management of files and documents and reduced input errors at user level.

    In addition to this, TSD makes sure that the reports required by management for decision making is available and also assists management in making key decisions related to IT.
