The Tenders shall be open to adult individuals (singly or jointly) and corporate bodies in all cases both resident and non-resident. All Tenders must be made on the printed application form available on request from the Central Bank or the CBS website.
Tenders must be of a minimum bid size of R 5,000 and in multiples of R 5,000 thereafter. Completed Tender(s) should be placed in a sealed envelope, marked “Tender for 91 Day or 182 Day or 365 Day Government of Seychelles Treasury Bills” and should be deposited in the Tender Box at the Banking Hall of the Central Bank Building, before 8.30 am on the auction date.
Results of the auction are made available the same day to applicants whose Tenders have been accepted in whole or in part. The Bills will be payable 91 Days, 182 Days and 365 Days after the date of issue, which will be the three working days.
The Average Tender Rate will be published on the Central Bank website on the date of auction.
This new Auction Schedules for the period 27th August to 17th September 2010 are provided below for the purpose of guiding investors of the Security Type, Auction Date, Settlement Date and Maturity Date. Any change to the auction amount will be communicated three days prior to the auction date.
