Human Resources Division

The Human Resources Division is responsible for the strategic utilisation of employees and maximising capability and performance while guiding and supporting employees to evolve knowledge into applied skills.

Its function is responsible for all the practices and processes that impact the Central Bank’s most important asset, its employees. These include and are not limited to recruitment, drafting and reviewing of human resources policies, staff benefits, training and development, succession planning and performance management. The Human Resources Division enables employees to contribute effectively and productively to the overall direction and the accomplishment of the organisation's goals and objectives.
